Embedded Content

ViewGrid does not host any video or audio content on its servers. All streams displayed on our platform are embedded from publicly available sources such as YouTube, Twitch, Kick, and Rumble using their official embed APIs. All rights to the video content remain with their respective creators and copyright holders.

Embedding is done through official, publicly available embed mechanisms provided by each platform. This is equivalent to sharing a link and does not constitute hosting or redistribution of content.

How to Submit a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content available on ViewGrid infringes your copyright, please send a written notice including the following information:

Content Removal

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will review the request and take appropriate action, which may include removing the embedded content from ViewGrid. Since we only embed content from third-party platforms, we may also direct you to the original platform (YouTube, Twitch, Kick, or Rumble) where the content is hosted.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification with your contact information, identification of the removed content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake.
