By accessing or using ViewGrid ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.
ViewGrid is a multistream viewer that allows users to watch multiple live streams from YouTube, Twitch, Kick, and Rumble simultaneously in a grid layout. We use the official embed APIs provided by each platform. ViewGrid does not host, store, or redistribute any video content.
All video content displayed on ViewGrid is embedded directly from its respective platform using officially supported embed methods. Views are counted by the originating platform, and ad revenue goes to the content creators. We do not modify, intercept, or re-stream any content.
A free tier is available with core multistream features. Premium features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
The ViewGrid name, logo, and original website code are our property. All streamed content belongs to its respective creators and platforms. Users retain ownership of their saved layouts and configurations.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular stream or platform will always be available. Stream availability depends on the respective platforms and content creators.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViewGrid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
